TARGETING: HR Decision Makers in Corporates with 1000+ employees

THE BRIEF

Healthy Workplace launched in early 2018. After the success of our work with Nuffield Health, we were approached by the Healthy Workplace team to help take their exciting new wellness platform to market. Our aim was to arrange face to face meetings for the Healthy Workplace team to meet with interested HR professionals to discuss their wellness strategies.

OUR SOLUTION

After an in-depth scoping session with the Healthy Workplace team, we decided on the best strategy to approach the market they were looking to target.

We began by taking our existing HR database and making sure it’s up to date with relevant contact information, then, building a database of HR professionals, all in UK companies who have more than 1000 employees, only including specific sectors that would be suitable before finalising our contact list.

The first phase of outreach was to start with a targeted email campaign which would progress through the entire camping evolving with new content each month.

We produced the creative and the content for these campaigns and delivered through our CRM to track engagement.

We used a multichannel approach which includes email, social media, and the telephone to reach the right individuals, as people like to communicate in different ways.

We successfully created approximately 20 new face-to-face opportunities each month with Senior HR decision makers in enterprise businesses.

The team at Healthy Workplace have successfully converted a host contracts from our new business work over the last 2 years.
